Having Plastics in June
Very Good! Hopefully your will report back in with your results. I am going to a consult for my neck. I know that sound strange. But between the going thru menopause and losing 80 pounds, that is the area that is facing me in the mirror every day. I have that streched out skin just hanging there wobbling and it isn't even Thanksgiving. I was going to see Steven Morris as I have heard about him for years. But, now that he did the Biggest Loser winners I doubt I can afford him now.
How much is the LBL going to cost if you don't mind? I will be looking into more work when I get to goal for a year.
I totally understand about the neck. My entire face is hanging. I hate it but I try to remember that I'm healthy and that was my goal. Maybe some day I'll take care of other areas. One thing at a time!
With my insurance covering part of it, I will pay about $7-8,000 out of pocket. That's if I don't need any extras like an extra day in the hospital, or the surgery took longer, etc. I went through Care Credit and got financing for part of it.
My surgeon was wonderful. I used Dr. Bruce Chau located in Berkley. His office staff are amazing. Professional, friendly, smart, and on the ball. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking into plastics. He's a very talented man. It was quite a drive for me as I'm in the Commerce/Waterford area, but well worth it!
