Officially on the losers bench!
I had my VSG on Monday... The surgeon said it went really well, quick and easy (40 minutes!!) She said I am now the proud owner of a cute skinny stomach. I was sent home this morning and I am settling in at home. Its a bit difficult getting used to being at home. Napping, sipping, walking, taking meds, rinse, repeat. I am still sore, especially when I get in and out of my chair, but I am managing. I am so excited to start a new chapter of my life!

Sorry I didn't see this and welcome you sooner. I had my band out 9/4/12 and was sleeved 1/22/13. This sleeve is 100X better. I sure wish I had gotten the sleeve first time around. (They weren't doing it than and the insurance only started pay last year.)

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
