Need support. Trying to get back on track
Me, too, Colleen.
I'm 4 years out and I've on 40 pounds since my lowest weight ever. I only got down to 175 and that was a dream to me. My first goal is to get back to Onederland. Then baby steps after that.
This is a lifelong battle. As long as we keep getting back on that wagon.
Let's hang on together!
P.S. I'm in Waterford area.

Yes, it truly is a life-long battle. I have been toying with the idea of going back to the beginning (as in postop beginning) and starting back on liquids only for a week or 2 and progressing from there. However, I can't seem to make myself start. I think, I will do it tomorrow, and then tomorrow rolls around and I think to myself, not today, I want to eat food today. LOL Uhhh, so frustrating, but I know deep down if I want to make progress this is the route I will have to take.
Some people do something called the five-day pouch test. You might want to google it. It's about starting back on liquids, etc.
I find my problem is fighting old demons and backing off carbs. Also night time eating is a killer for me.
I can't do 3 square meals either. I'm STARVING every few hours. So I have to graze. I KNOW what works fro me and it's about DOING it.
