MEAL PLANNING - TODAY RIGHT HERE!
GOOD MORNING MICHIGAN!
Part of success with our wls is preparation. Meal planning is key. I have not done in it years. I am 4 yrs out. and its time to get back to the basics with me. Thats where I need help from the Newbies. I want to start from the beginning. To cleanse myself of those baddd carbs. I have put together a meal plan for today that is protein rich. Can you guys give me feed back and make suggestions to improve on it? also please list your meal plan for today so you can see what you will eat and see how closely you follow it. Tomorrow we can review it and see what worked. I hope you guys are willing to work on this with me???? I want us to become a group of peers and hopefully friends.
BREAKFAST: CARBMASTER YOGURT
SNACK: COTTAGE CHEESE
LUNCH: PROTEIN SHAKE AND YOGURT
SNACK: COTTAGE CHEESE
DINNER: CHICKEN BREAST AND GREEN BEANS
SNACK: PROTEIN SHAKE AND YOGURT
