that is a good deal. I use Body Fortress because of the price. I don't find a significant difference in flavor between Body Fortress and the other more expensive brands.
Here is my go to smoothie.
1 scoop Strawberry flavored Body Fortress Protein powder.
2 or 3 frozen strawberries
6 to 8 oz skim milk
1 pack of Splenda.
Blend until smooth.
This is pretty basic, but I find it helps me with my evening hunger.
