I need help.

 I have had my lap band since Aug of 07 while yes I have had many ups and downs I am looking for someone to keep in contact with my on a daily base like a support person. Some one whom will bug me about staying on track. Via email of texting . Please if you can help let me know. Thanks Lindsay

You should also try to spend some time each day on the lap band forum. Very helpful for encouragement.
