New Protein Bar

If you're sick of shakes and still need "liquids"....try Diet Direct. They have protein soups, protein gelatin, protein anything. The more you buy the less it it. You order online and it's at your home within a day or two. Great company and good products. 

I don't care for sweets that much.....I like savory/salty so the soups (chicken, beef, tomato) got me through without having to have "shakes everyday". There's no reason for that.
