Anyone in Michigan have surgery covered by Medicaid?

 I have medicaid and was wondering if anyone else in Michigan was approved with medicaid and had the surgery?

 I don't have Medicaid but I am aware of someone that had Medicaid that did get approved for WLS.  I'm not sure how it works or if it is a case by case decision.  Have you checked out this topic?
