Accountability - Week Two - How is your Weekend going?

Happy Fathers Day!

Just checking in to see how your weekend is progressing.  Do you have any issues that have come up that you would like to get out?  Or that you need help with?  What about getting some ME time in, have you been able to do that?

How is the wls post op diet going?  Were you able to get in 10 mins of exercise yet?

I'm in Houston right now with my son and have done TERRIBLE with my protein drinks.  My ferritin is also in the tank and I'll be going to the Dr in July about it.  Meanwhile I'm upping my iron and will be getting new labs before then.

Heading home on Tuesday and I PROMISE the Santinos tortilla chips will NOT find their way into my car again!!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Just checking in mid-week with everyone.  Does anyone have anything going on they need assistance with?  There are many old timers on here, so ask away!

I have been walking at the dog park without Leo.  I know, weird, but its a park and its exercise and there are dogs there!  Plus I get to update Leo's friends on his progress with his paw healing.

I have been eating a lot of eggs and not so good meat, like hotdogs, etc.  But I have lowered the carbs this week.  Its a slow process coming off of the carbs, but my goal is to be under 15 carbs per day by the end of this month.  Wish me luck!

Please, POST AWAY, we like seeing everyone's successes and obstacles.  That way we don't feel so alone in our journey....

I admit I haven't been doing much in the rehlm of excercise.  I've lost almost 40 pounds since my surgery date on May 17th.  I'm thinking about going back to the gym, but I get lazy and really wish I had a gym pal.

OMG....I am soooooo whining!  I'm sorry!

Diet is "okay".  I've had a couple of bumps (one due to sleep walking, the other due to my pouch not liking it's contents), but nothing that would cause me to to flee to the emergency room or my doctors office (unless you count the virus I picked up...that was fun).

Are you counting good carbs in fruits and veggies, or just the carbs in bread products?   15 gm. of carbs per day seems awfully low.
