"Whether children or adults, if they are teased or stigmatized, they're much more likely to engage in unhealthy eating and avoidance of physical activity."
Whenever I was told I was fat, I just ate more. I was depressed, how was I supposed to be motivated? Or let alone exercise. The only one that can motivate you is YOU. Not Michele Obama, bullies, billboards or anyone....
