What to pack for the hospital....5 days and counting?
Hi Joanne!!
Congrats on your upcoming surgery!! I bet you are getting all those emotions rolling around in ya!! I know I did!!
I am trying to remember what I brought with me, but I can't remember everything. But I do remember being happy I brought with me a night gown to put on after surgery and my mp3 player. I felt more comfy in my own night gown and I used my mp3 player all night because I really couldn't sleep much. I didn't bring slippers which I was going to, but they put these really warm slipper socks on me that worked just great. They gave me a pack of tolitries, which was nice.
I didn't bring a different outfit to put on after, I just wore the same outfit that I came to the hospital in.
I can't remember anything else right now. LOL
But, I sure want to wish you luck for your surgery!!
God Bless,
Tari

Because I am the most sensitive sleeper in the world I loved having an eye shield and ear plugs with me. I also would not have lived without my chapstick.
Good luck,
Edie
btw, why are you going open and not laprascopically?
