WEIGHT GAIN AFTER SURGURY
Are you grazing? . . I had turned to bad carbs . . pretzels . . and now I am off all sugar and sugar and feeling like a million bucks . . I have taken off what I gained and I am heading toward new weight.
You can do this . . if I can.

I must say that 20 and 22 lbs in that length of time sure beats what it could have been if you had not had the surgery. With all the comorbidities you two may not have made it this far.
So Your both an inspiration to me who is only a little over a year out!
I was about 3-1/2 years out and started gaining back... After only about 6 months, I had put back on about 50 pounds... But I was diligent and worked hard, got more activity and took that off, plus another 20 pounds or so..... You can do it... Just don't let it get out of control, you gain control of it NOW!!!! It is always going to be an uphill battle in my opinion, but we can do it with commitment and discipline.... Good Luck....
