I finally got my date...Valentine's Day!!

 I have finally been approved and now have my surgery date!  It is February 14.   Happy Valentines Day to me!!  LOL  I am very excited!

 Yes an RNY.  I see that is what you had too.  How did it go?  Any guidelines/pointers/warnings that you can pass my way since you had yours a year ago?

Congratulations Sweetmickey.  Verseman's office notified me today that my insurance company just authorized my surgery.  I will get my surgery next week.  I am hoping for a early March date.   

 This is all very exciting!  Let me know when you get your date.

I had laparoscopic (?) RNY.  I had no problems and it was much smoother than I expected it to be.  You just have to follow the instructions of what to eat when and you'll be fine.  Seeing the weight drop off is very exciting!
