Happy Friday

Well, I just wanted to ramble.  I have a vacation day so I can get Christmas things done.  I usually take all the Fridays in December off work so I don't have to do everything the week before Christmas.

Eating is going well, and my scale is moving down and I feel great!  I love the holidays.  I had an egg and bacon for breakfast.  I've been buying that pre-cooked bacon which seems a lot less greasy and it satisfies my salt cravings!

What are you doing or eating today?  What are you weekend plans?  Are you preparing for the holidays?  I hope you all are well and happy!  :-)

I use Jennie O's Turkey Bacon.

I had sclerotherapy yesterday, so I took today off as a just in case.  I'm glad I did.  I am still pretty sore.

Today it's homework and a doctor's appointment for my boyfriend for is pain shots.  YIPEE.  Then I am making him shop at Cotscos on the way home, then it's relaxing time.

Tomorrow I am making my grandma's plum pudding receipe, homework and might put up the Christmas tree.

Sunday is Church and finishing up my homework.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Good Morning Redheadjean
Sounds like  your journey is going well. I am so happy for you.

I started my day with vanilla protein with raspberry syrup. yummy! I get some carbsmart yogurt later.

QOTD: I will be spending the day getting some of my photography homework completed and eating chicken soup later. I will probably hit the shop and get some Christmas stuff done and on Saturday will be celebrating my sons Birthday!

have a wonderful safe warm day!
