Good Morning Michiganders.

protein and Cheerios this am for me . What's in your cup?

DH is home for the weekend and we are planning a nice  Quiet Sunday.

QOTD: Pick one of the basic rules and  describe what you are doing to make this a part of your daily habits.

Mine is Water. I have a big 1 gallon container right in the front of the fridge, And a Large empty glass  on the counter next to the fridge. That way when I go lurking around for some treats I see the water glass and am reminded to drink water first. because thirst can rear it ugly head in the mask of pointless snack hunting. So before i can consume an unplanned snack I must drink a big glass of water!

Hope all is well!

Hi Mary!

This morning I had a protein shake and some decaf coffee--- thanks Pam for the tip on Body Fortress Protein Powder. Now I am watching the  Lions game, at the moment they are losing--blah!

QOTD is also getting my water in.

Good idea with the water Mary.  I really struggle getting enough water in.  I have really been working on that lately.  I have started drinking an 8 oz glass when I first get up while the dog is outside.  I have also started decaf hot tea at work.  That seems to help.
