Sooo happy to be home, everything went as planned. Spent 3 days in the hospital due to slightly elevated white blood counts. Feeling pretty good. Looking forward to tomorrow...I just can't imagine being able to drink 64oz of water a day. So far, today I've had 30 grams of protein! Not bad for day one.

How soon before I should I expect to be able to consume 60 grams of protein in one day? I will try to add at least 15 more grams per day until I reach my goal. I welcome any advice!

Thanks!

Congrats!!!  Glad to hear your doing good.

As far as the water and protein, it sounds like your doing pretty good, every day will get a bit easier, but your already doing great!

Keep up the good work,

Edie
