Good Morning!

I am back on days and wondering what I have missed here on the Michigan Board.  I will catch up on my reading today.

I started my day with oatmeal and blueberries . . sprinkled with a little vanilla protein power . . was very good.

QOTD - Does anyone want to rant and rave about anything today?

All is good in my world so just raves here!

I started out with my double protein coffee (chocolate with Sf peppermint syrup). Just ate my lunch which was leftover mexican - but lots of meat in it - yum.

I have raves! Met a new guy and things are going very well and we'll be seeing each other tonight. I had last week off - so I'm trying to play catch up...

How about just a stream?  Not sure if it is a rant or rave, but I'm in the mood to share.  Someday I hope to meet some of you since we all live in the same state.  :-)

I was home most of the day - the auto companies had off today for Veteran's day.  My big task for the day, was bagging up the huge pile of clothes in my bedroom.  5 more garbage bags of clothes going out of my house.  I might have almost all of the 22, 20 and 2X clothes out now.  So sad, since many of them are really nice clothes, bu SOOO HAPPY to be wearing a size 16.  Looking forward to U of M support group this week where the topic is exercise.  I'm sure I will learn something good.  

Going to my new office tomorrow, my boxes were supposed to be moved on Friday, but I worked from home, so I'll see if they are there.   Looking forward to the holidays.  Planning sugar free things that I can eat a little of.  Still tracking protein and fluids daily.

Worked out tonight and did 25 minutes on the elliptical!  Yeah me, this is a record.  20 minutes was the longest before tonight.  My legs were like rubber, but I did it.
