In the first 2 weeks post-op, water is your #1 priority with protein being a very close second. After about the 2 week mark, those priorities flip.
I don't know the translation of cc's in relation to your intake. Protein is normally measured in grams -- for instance 60g of protein per day is your current goal for the amount of protein you eat/drink. And water is measured in ounces --- you should be aiming for 64 ounces of water per day.
