1/4 way to goal
Tomorrow I will be one month out and I made it over 1/4 way to my goal today. Of course that is not all since surgery. I started my loss the day I spoke to the Dr. about surgery and decided to have it.
I still have 128.5 pounds to go but WTH I made it this far.

7 Months out to the date ~ Total loss of 100 pounds!! October 3, 2010: 179 pounds
February 1, 2011 ~ weigh 146 pounds
