Health Plan of Michigan (Medicaid) PLEASE HELP

Hello.
I have Health Plan of Michigan (Medicaid) through the state.  I need baratric surgery.  I have started all of my research.  I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for me to help me look in the right directions.  
Please Help!!!

 When I was looking for a surgeon i had health plan of MI medicaid and i called the surgeons office (not the surgeon i am going to have my surgery thru but another) and asked about the different insurance plans.  The insurance coordiator informed me that the best one to do is great lakes since they cover 100 percent of everything and you are not required to ever pay for classes etc...hopes this helps...
