Good Thursday Morning!

How did you start your day?  I started with yogurt & blueberries this morning.

Was there frost on your pumpkins this morning? I expected it to be much colder this morning so I was pleasantly surprised.

Here at the old power company it is pretty busy on the electric side . . sometimes when it storms I am glad I work on the gas side of the business.

QOTD - Do you subscribe to any health & fitness or healthy living magazines?

I still get the Weigh****chers Magazine, even though I don't use there point system they do have good recipes and I like to encouraging stories!

Enjoy your day!

Morning all,

Had my vanilla coffee and protein shake this morning so far.

It's funny at work today I think everyone has some type of cardigan on....I had just said what a difference a day makes in Michigan, then came on here, great minds Kristy and Nan.....

Q:  I get OH, it's ok, don't know if I'll renew.  But I order the mag's for work and I make sure we get a few that I like :), I read Nutrition Action's newsletter, they are the people who told the world about movie theater popcorn and pushed for legislation making food manufactures put labels on food, I like supporting them.  I also read Prevention, it's a pretty informative mag.

Stay warm all,

Edie

Hey all!

I started my day by sleeping too long, then rushing around the house to get ready and out the door. I really hate leaving my house when it's still dark outside.

QOTD: Yep. Too many. And I don't have time to read 'em. So I've got a huge stack of really good magazines that I haven't read yet. Here's the list:

WLS Lifestyles Magazine (this is the only one I really actually read)
Health
Fitness (I think that's the name of it)
Taste of Home (lots of non-wls recipes that are fun to drool over)
Whole Living (gotta love Martha!)
All You (not a health magazine, but it's got some good stuff in it)

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

Pam

just a suggestion about your unread mags.

Put a mag rack in the bathroom and read a little during your visit there.

I once had to know the UAW contracts for my Union activity's there are 5-6 thick books and that is how I use to learn the details!

At lest they wouldn't go unread!

Ha! LOL! That's too funny. My bathroom visits are not long, drawn-out affairs. I go in, get the job done and get out. There's no sitting around waiting for action. No siree!
