Hump Day Coffee
Hey y'all,
It has been a crazy work week I hate to wish my life away but I wish is was Friday at 5:00!!!
This is going to be short it's 1:00 and I still have not had lunch, so I'll finish this and be on my way.
I'm trying to be much more careful with my 'white' and this week I've done really good, I've had bread once, and some thin crust pizza once, for me that's really good. Hopefully I can get away from the mindless snacking I've been doing, I've brought carrots, peppers and apples to work to snack on and they seem to be working, it's just been so crazy lately that I don't have time to go into the kitchen to get them :(, so I've been eating my apples since I can leave them at my desk!

I'm the same with my heat. I don't want to start paying those high gas bills any sooner than I hace to. Rule in my house is to turn it on Dec 1st but I always end up turning it on in November :-) December is stretching it a bit I think - LOL
This year might be different because I am onl there 2 days a week. I know I"ll have to have it on for my son, but he is always warm and the beds have electric blankets so I think I can leave it pretty low and maintain a good temperature in there wihtout having to run the furnace all the time.
