It Finally Happened
I logged into FB before reading the posts here. After four and a half years of coming straight to this board, I deviated.
Why yes, I do still have a great many habits, but I finally have changed this one.
For the record, regarding El Zocolo in Mexican Town: Just because it tastes good doesn't mean it wont knock the scales up three pounds.
How come our taste buds don't shrink when the rest of us does ?????
I heard that Comcast On Demand has exercise programs. Wonder if I can benefit from falling asleep to them?

Hi Jane,
I sure wish my taste buds for 'bad' food changed too, but alas, I still have to have will power :(.
As far as the exercises on Comcast, there good, the only thing I don't like about them is that they are short, wo when they end you have to hit 'on demand' either re-do the one you were just doing or find a new one and if you don't know what you'll like and you shop around for what you want to do next your heart rate is back down and you have to start over again. Then there's the whole you picked something and within 30 seconds you realize you don't like it so you have to go shopping again.....uggg. I guess if I took the time to watch them write down the ones I liked put them in an order of warm up, cardio, sculpting, cool down, I would use it more I just don't have enough time to sit and go through them all, and trust me there are allot to choose from.
