Good Morning All!

How are you starting your morning?  I am starting with yogurt, blueberries and Uncle Sam's cereal . . so yummy!

Looks like the weather is going to be great this whole week just in time to get those last minute projects done outside before the cold weather comes. 

I am on days all this week with the upcoming weekend off . . thinking about painting my living room. . . mmm

QOTD - Are you counting your grams of protein to make sure you are getting enough? or do you just guess? 

I go in spurts sometime I'm good but to often I just guess. . .

Good morning Kristy and those to follow.

Just getting ready for a mug of coffe with SF haelnut creamer and splenda.  I go soooooo much accomplished this weekend.  Painted my entire basement (ok, let's be honest, Steve painted the entire basement - lol) and I cleaned out this storage room and got rid of bags and bags full of stuff.  We also got all the leaves raked and the lawn mowed.  Feels good to have been so productive this weekend,

QOTD:  Nope, I don't really count my protien grams, I just guess.  I think I should track for a while just to keep myself in check but I stopped tracking once I hit maintainence.  I pretty much eat the same foods all of the time so I think I have a general idea.

Morning all,

Started my day with my protein shake and viti's.  I'm so boring :).

Q:  Nope, I make sure that every meal has a good portion on protein so I know that's covered, if I track anything it's usually calories that I'm worried about!

Don't know about you guys up north Kristy but we're supposedly getting a pretty good storm in here tomorrow.

Good morning!

Had the final Brooksie Way wrap up meeting this morning. Whew! It's officially done for another year. So now I've got a couple months off before we have to start thinking about it again for 2011.

Having my yogurt at the moment.... with sliced banana. It's a bit late for breakfast, but I guess it's better than skipping it .

QOTD -- Every couple months I'll spend a few days and log my food in FitDay. I did it religiously for so many years that I have a pretty good eye for estimating calories and grams of protein/fat/carbs in the food I'm eating. But I check myself every so often to make sure I'm on track. Since I eat the same thing all the time, it's pretty easy to know if I'm on track or not. I average about 100-120g protein per day and usually keep a running tab in my head if I'm not physically tracking my food in the log.

Morning Everybody

started my day at the dentist office. My filling fell out last night and I had a big gap between my two front teeth. I don't think it was sexy at all. LOL

I count my protein up to 80gs then I guess if i GET a few more it cant hurt.

I was wondering where the nice weather was cause our forecast for GC area said Rain and severe storms coming form Chicago but should clear up for Halloween!
