Good Mid-Morning!

Anyone out there this morning lurking in the shadows? . . I started my day with protein hot chocolate with sf raspberry syrup . . oh so yummy!

What's up for the weekend? . . anyone doing anything fun?

What food are you struggling with? . . giving up the carbs was the best thing I have done to get myself back on track . . I feel great!

hahaha Kristy, great minds think alike (see the thread above yours), even our Q: is alike, but then we've already discussed that, kinda.  Needless to say I'm still grappling with this.

Is the fact that you feel great the only motivation you need to stay in line?   We're not bringing any white stuff in the house anymore, but like my question above asks, did you give up things like Triscuts?  Golean crunch (I know you mentioned another cereal before, I choose Golean because it has protein in it, is that how you choose yours?).  Have you ever tried stuff from Kay's Naturals?  She has allot of low carb, high protein things like cereal, pretzels.... I find it ok, but kinda pricey for what you get.
