Hello Michiganders
Hello all - I haven't posted on the Michigan forum, I usually hang out in the main Roux-n-Y forum. When I first started on this board, the Michigan forum wasn't very active, so I hadn't been bac****il someone suggested I stop by. Do you all ever plan a get together someone central for everyone? I think it would be really neat to spend some time together in person.

Welcome ladies,
Last year this board was much more active. So many of our 'older' post ops are out living life, they still stop by occasionally and say hi. We used to have a morning coffee thread that was more of a meet and greet, what's your life up to, let's get to know each other..... It still pops up occasionally, check in or start one yourself!
As far as get together's, we've done 2 in the past year, but everyone is so spread out that it makes it hard. You can always throw something out there and see what happens. We're really a nice bunch of people.
Again welcome,
Edie

Last fall we met at Yates Cider Mill, then lunch at Mr. B's in Rochester, the biggest problem was that it was a Saturday and Mr. B's was packed w/ college football fans and we had such a large group of people we could not all sit together.
Then last spring a few people did a 5k at the Tulip Festival in Holland.
