QOTD-What is your favorite part of Fall? I love the leaves-so beautiful this time of year with the oranges reds and gol. I also love the smells! I went bicycling in the grape growing areas just southwest of here and the smell was incredible......

Kristy - I buy my Nectar Chocolate Truffle from Vitalady. I also know that Barix clinics in Ypsi carries them in their "store". I like the Truffle too - it mixes very smooth and you don't get the "protein" aftersmell as much.

I started my day with a cup of protein almond joy coffee with vanilla protein powder.
I also had my Grandma fix yesterday we decorated outside of my sons house to surprise him, Hanna had such a good time, she was practicing her smile for school pictures for today and making me laugh. . . I love being a granny!
QOTD - I love everything about fall . . the smells, colors, the warm sun through the windows . . burning candles . . my favorite time of year. What a blessing it will be in Mid-Michigan this weekend with the great weather.
