Wake up it's Monday!
Good Monday Morning!
Time to start another week . . what's in your cup this morning?
I am drinking sf french vanilla protein coffee . . thought I would shake things up a bit this morning.
I was sleeping at 8:00 last night . . feeling a darn cold coming so trying to beat it before it gets me.
Well got the son and granddaughter all moved, took down the dog kennel yesterday and they are now all settled in Sebewaing . . Kevin said it is like they have lived there forever. . . I am glad they like it so much.
QOTD - Do you plan your meals ahead of time to keep yourself on track? or is it because you don't plan that keeps you from being on track?
I have been using Sunday afternoons as my day to cook and pre-package my meals . . (thank you oh wise one Pam) . . I can't believe how easy it is for my to just open my frig and grab my lunches for work and than I don't have any excuses.

Good morning!
Done! Done! Done! The Brooksie Way is done! [doing the happy dance] I'm still exhausted and pretty sore from all the work I put in over the weekend. I swear I did more work running the Fitness Expo and helping with race set up than I would have done if I'd actually run the race itself! Today I'm just working on my to-do list of things that got pushed off over the past couple weeks, but at least I don't have any deadlines looming. It's nice to be back to normal.
QOTD - Yes, I normally plan my meals ahead of time. Because I eat 5 of my 6 meals on-the-go or at work, planning is essential. Breakfasts and snacks are almost always the same thing every day and lunches are whatever I cook on Sunday afternoons. Dinner is the only meal that I cook at home and is different every day. However, this week is a bit screwed up already since I didn't cook yesterday -- need to do that tonight though.

Morning all,
Had my shake and viti's on my way to work this morning and I'm on to iced tea soon.
I had a great weekend, bummed to be back at work, oh well gotta pay the bills.
Q: I don't make a weeks worth of food at a time per se. But when I make soup, chili....I make big batches that we eat for days or I freeze some and eat it later. We also tend to buy the same things to eat (we're creatures of habit) so we know in an instant what we've got available so we can make it fast and keep it healthy.
