Just checking in again
It's been awhile again!! LOL
I am sitting at McDonalds using their faster internet service!! YAY!!
Well, I am one pound away from hitting my first goal of 180 pounds!! I can't believe it. My life is GREAT now. I feel pretty again (if only I could get rid of the grey hair that is starting to poke through!! UGGG) I am wearing dresses and skirts and tops all the time now. I love it!! Oh, yeah, crossing my legs is awesome!! LOL
I have a question for you all ~ when do I start researching and inquiring about getting a tummy tuck and my arms and legs taken care of (I mean the extra flabby skin that isn't going away!!)
Oh, I know have wrinkles under my neck where I used to have a double chin!! LOL So weird!!
I was wondering if there is going to be a get to gether anytime soon??? My husband and I only made it to one (the cider mill get to gether) and we had a good time. Is there anything in the making now of a meeting soon?
Well, take care, all!!
I'm gonna hang around here for a bit and read some posts!! It's been entirely way too long. I miss it here!!
God Bless you all and thank you for still being here for me and putting up with my spuratic posts!!

It is so good to hear your doing so well . . and you look great.
My doctor didn't even consider a tummy tuc****il I had maintained my weight for one year. . . but they are all different.
I have learned to love my wrinkles . . they are my story . . if only to me . . lol
Come back around and visit . .
Kristy
Hi Kristy!!
Thank you for the complaments!! I feel great.
WOW ~ I didn't know that maintaining your weight for a year would be a requirement for a tummy tuck. Never entered my mind ~ LOL My hubby said he will call our insurance and check with them.
This is true about loving the wrinkles ~ they do tell a story, don't they? My husband's cousin had the RNY and she has the wrinkly skin and arms and she told me she doesn't care what people say or think. She knows what she went through and that's all that matters. So, I need to keep that in mind about my wrinkles and saggying skin. :) I do have a story and have been through a lot, so I should be proud.
It was nice coming here and reading on the forums. I really miss ya'll!!
God Bless,
Tari

Don't eat the chicken LOL! (sorry just had to)
Sounds like your doing great, I'm really happy for you.
I didn't have, nor have I looked into plastics so I can't answer your question.
As for a get together I haven't heard of anything group wise, but if your ever in the metro area let me know maybe we can meet.
Take care,
Edie

LOL on the not eating the chicken!! I will NEVER forget that experience. Since then, I have taken small bites and chew chew chew!! LOL I hope I will remember that forever. LOL
Thanks for being happy for me ~ I am a new person and loving life again. Today I hit the 180 pound mark!! That was my first goal. One more pound then I will have hit the 100 pound loss since morning of surgery!! Unbelieveable. :)
We don't get down to your area really much at all, but if we ever do, I'll let you know so maybe we can get together for lunch/dinner or something. You and your hubby were/are a very sweet couple!!
Take care and God Bless, Edie!!
