Tuesday Morning Coffee Call

Good Morning on this raining Tuesday!

I started my day with another protein hot chocolate with sf raspberry syrup.  I think I need to get out the pumpkin spice and get the fall morning drink going.

Still packing my son and grand-daughter . . how can two people have so much stuff . . and one is not even 3ft tall . . . and she has the most stuff!!!  They will be all moved in my Thursday with just a few things left behind I'm sure.  I have the weekend off and I will be spending it cleaning up from the aftermath of the move . . and of course I will also be running around with my hands over my head   . .  smiling that I now live alone!!!

QOTD - Are you exercising everyday? or just when you get a chance . . has your exercising been put on the back burner this summer.

I can admit I have been a slacker . . I started out like a block buster with walking but died off as the summer went along . . now I am walking every morning with my neighbor and it feels good to be back in an exercise routine.

Good morning Kristy and those to follow!

Sounds like you will have a busy weekend getting your house back in order!  Glad to hear the move is going well :-)  I still have to get in my son's room and clean that since he left for college and just packed what he needed and left a mess behind.  I want to get in there and pitch stuff since he's not around to see me do it - he's a pack rat and saves things he doesn't need!

QOTD:  I was soing so good on exercising at least four times a week going to Sueng-Ni for their Body Sculpt class UNTIL the week before my wedding.  I left to go to Chelsea and then was gone for a 2 week honeymoon so I had to put my membership on freeze.  They only let you freeze for more than a month, so when I came back, I couldn't go for like 2 1/2 weeks.  I just went yesterday and oh man am I sore.  It's amazing how fast you lose it when you aren't going regularly.  Hoping to get back into at least three times a week while I'm in Midland and then Steve and I try and walk when I'm down there.It's hard to have a membership somewhere and pay full price when I live in two different towns.

 Not sure if you're interested, Nan, but the Chelsea Wellness Center is having their 0 membership fees right now.  I'm thinking of joining, again.  I don't like the monthly fee, but I've looked into other places and well, I LOVED the wellness center and they have childcare while you work out, so that's a plus.  The 0 membership fee saves about $200, so I might do it.  Need to do something!
