Update
It's been awhile but I thought I'd stop in. I made it to Detroit on my first ever road trip out of the UP. I did a great job if I do say so myself. I even went off course and brought the kids to Chucke Cheese, drove in the city at night and crossed the bridge twice (once in high winds). That was the hardest part for me. I made it to 199# but because of my road trip I am up to 201 again. I forgot what day that was. I will have to see if I wrote it somewhere. It was recent though (last few weeks).
I am still struggling with protein (the rest has mostly come together). I read somewhere about adding 2 scoops to a shake. Then I thought I read we can't absorb that much at once. Someone inform me which one is true. I can ask at my next dr appt at the end of this month. I was hoping for some info sooner though.

You can add too scoop to your protein.
I had an article that stated it is not true about absorption.
I believe that there are no actual studies to prove how much you can absorb.
How ever hi protein can create issues with Kidneys and cause stones.
So maybe You should not do it every day. but alternate.
