4 years out and Concerned

It has been a while since I have posted a new thread here, but I have a very important question.

In November I will be four years out from my surgery.  I frequently get food stuck and end up throwing up the little bit then I am fine for a couple more weeks until I eat too fast again.  Anyway, the past few days my stomach has really been hurting so I have been taking some pepcid.  Seems to help some.  Today my stomach was REALLY bad.  I was doubled over in the store and had to get out of there.  So tonight I ate my dinner, slowly and the last bite got stuck.  After about 5 minutes I felt the urge to throw up so I ran to the bathroom.  When I threw up there was blood in my vomit.  There was only like a tablespoon of vomit but it had lots of streaks of blood in it.

Now I know I should be concerned about this.  I already have a call into my dr. and am waiting on a call back.  But I didn't know if it is something that can wait till tomorrow or if I should go into the ER tonight.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would not wait until tomorrow, if there is blood it could be something serious

I'm just seeing this now... a couple days later. So I'm wondering what you found out from the ER. (I sure hope that's where you went).
