Hello Michiganders! Long time no talk!
I am sure some of you remember me....I am sure a few of you are on my facebook too actually. :)
I used to post a lot but not knowing how long my journey was got the best of me and I left this place for a long time. I am back! Lots has happened. I am on my journey once more different surgery, different surgeon, feels good AND I'm getting close!!! On Tuesday I get to find out my date for surgery. It will be scheduled pending the results of my labs to be drawn on Sept 22nd ish.
My doctor believes that the numbers will be good enough to move forward so THAT feels great!!!
I started my journey over again July 1st when my long wait for the right insurance ended and my BCBS kicked in! YAY!!! I will now be getting the DS with Dr. Kemmeter in Grand Rapids.
I FINALLY found a good doctor as well during this journey and I have a lot of faith in him... he
also works at the surgical center a couple days a month I believe. I feel like my life time dream of being healthy is going to happen....we're getting there!!!
Anyway, It's nice to see a lot of familiar faces still here and I am looking forward to meeting more wonderful people soon. I live in Lansing, have 2 kids 4th and 5th graders!!! Not sure how they got so HUGE! LOL yea nice to be back.
