What To Buy For Pre-Op Liquid Fast and Phase 2 Full Liquid

I would like to strat buying the items for my pre-op liquid fast and Phase 2 Full liquids. I am a diabetic so what I buy needs to have less surgar in it or none at all. I want to make sure I get enough protein.

What surgery are you having?  Didn't your doctor give you a list of what you should be doing?  I'd call them, they should give you guidelines to follow.  Pre-op you can pick what ever protein you want, well not Carnation Instant Breakfast, crappy protein no matter who you are, not worth the money.  It's post surgery where your going to have to be picky, look for Whey Isolet, it's a pre-digested (sounds gross I know) protein which is the best choice for our new anatomy.
