Insurance Question

I am not offered insurance through my work because it is part time and a small company. I have a self pay insurance plan through blue cross blue shield They will not pay for any weight loss procedure. Does anyone know of an insurance company that offers an individual plan that covers baritric surgery?

As far as I know there are not any individual plans that will cover WLS. You might need to look for a new job with benefits that cover it. I heard Starbucks offers insurance to part time workers and that their insurance covers bariatric surgery.  Otherwise... you'll need to start saving your pennies or look into a loan of some sort.
