What's brewing for you this morning? Black and decaf for me-so good. Just waking up to do the Friday Ladie's Bike ride this morning. Such a nice group of people.

What's your weekend going to be about? We have a neighborhood social tonight. Been going on for over 50 years on the last Friday of July and has never been rained out... Also getting ready to go to Oklahoma on Monday for work. Can't wait, never been there. Going to be hot....

Can't wait for the Five for Friday.......

First Deb I'm so sorry to hear about the oil leak in your area.  I hope they get it cleaned up before it does allot of damage. 

I haven't had coffee all week, my tummy's been a bit off and that's an easy thing for me to give up to help calm it down.  So this AM I had a peach carbmaster yogurt w/ fresh blueberries and strawberries and golean crunch. YUMMY way to start the day.

Sorry I don't have a fff, I put to much thought into it I think, because I can never come up with 5 good questions w/o being TOO MUCH, you know what I mean?  I don't know if I even know what I mean LOL!

Good morning all

Well I survived my first week back to work after vacation. Funny how we get so used to the time off and resist having to get back to the grind, huh? I got up early again this morning, did some treadmilling and had a protein coffee to start my morning.

Tomorrow we've got the annual family reunion (one of the three different branches of the family who have reunions every year).  It's on the bay in Au Gres, so hoping to get some sun and water time out of it. Still need to decide what I'm cooking for my dish to pass.  Sunday is housework and organizing then "grandma duty" in the evening through Monday morning.
