Like I said if it those things do not work call your Dr.
that doesn't sound like a stricture or stuck food either.

and not like you did anything to your pouch either.

You should call the Dr either your PCP or your Surgeon
I would call my Surgeon 1st And ask what he/she recommends.

Hi everyone!!
Well, I called Barix last night and talked to Dr. Taylor.  He was very nice and listened to everything I had to say.  He told me to take Olive Oil (2 TBSP and wait for about 3 hours and do again).  He said that for his patients, most of the time that has worked.  I asked him if he thought I'd messed up my openning.  He said he really doubted it.  He said it sounded to him like my piece of chicken was just stuck and it has started to deterioate.  He said the Olive Oil should work, and if I can't stand the goober feeling in my throat for however long it takes to deteriate and slid down, then I need to get in for the endoscopy.
Well, we didn't have any olive oil (hubby was going to get it after work), but I chewed on some pineapple and let it sit in my throat.  Then, something must have happened, because I felt a bit different.  Like there wasn't so much of a goober sitting there.
So, here I am today with not much of it there.  Something must have gone down.  Not all of it, cause I still feel something.  But, it's a good thing.   I will get some Olive Oil tomorrow when we go shopping if more doesn't go down.  I will eat some more pineapple in a bit and take some more of the Papaya Enzymes.   I have only tried the Coke Zero once.  I really don't want to mess up my pouch by drinking pop, so I'm not going to do that one again.  Oh, yeah, I'm gonna do the meat tenderizer thingy too.

So, that's where I am at the moment.  Something has happened, so I'm happy.

Thank you all for helping me out and staying with me on this crazy thing.

God Bless,

I'm glad 'something' has happened and I'm glad the Dr. didn't think it was anything dangerous!

Now to tell you I've seen allot of posts lately about the 'quality' of McD's 'meat', personally I did no****ch the posts, but others I've 'talked' to have and said they would never eat at McD's again....that being said, I had my quarterly Big Mac today and what I could finish of it, it was damn YUMMY!!!!  :).

Hope your feeling better soon!
