cheboygan

well I guess the UP wasn't meant to be for us since we can NOT find a rental BUT do any of you know about Cheboygan?? My MIL needs a nursing home and thats where we were planning on placing her if we did get to live in the UP.
I just want to get NORTH or any advice?? suggestions??
