I cannot believe that yesterday was my four year anniversary! How time flies. For the past two years I have maintained my weight (well, except for bouncing back and forth 5 pounds, but that is expected). I am happy with how I look, despite a few flaws. And my health is great. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
