Well it late on Thursday but I will post the post.
Having instant chi coffee with protein powder and truvia. Wha la! not sure I care for the nutmeg flavor. but it is what it is.
going to work on the garage some more today hope I can get a lot done before the next set of storms.

Hi Mary and anyone else that comes along.
I just got back from a dr appt with my son. This is my oldest son and he has decided now HE wants to pursue bariatric surgery - YAY!! so today we started with his initial visit to start the physician supervised diet! Hopefully by the end of the year all three of my kids will have had WLS and on their way to a healthier lifestyle. My youngest son who was supposed to have jaw surgery last week goes in on July 1st to the ENT so hopefully we'll get some answers regarding that.
QOTD: I'm busy gearing up for quarter close here at work. It's going to be a busy 3 weeks or so for me. Geez, seems like I just went through close for Q1. For me, it means working 12-14 hour days for a few weeks.

Good Afternoon . .
Busy day here at work . . I forget how slow the board can be . . everyone is busy with summer plans I think.
In the last 4 years I haven't had good luck keeping raw veggies down so I have am attempting to chew chew chew veggies today . . it seems like it is taking forever just to get a few ounces down.
QOTD- Just busy with life . . I have been busy with work and family obligations.
