Just wanted to wish you all a happy day. Hope you enjoy celebrating or being with those special Dad's in your life.

My mother use to say "Any man can be a father, but it takes somebody really special to be a DAD!

My dad was a lot like my DH they both have some quirks that only our dad could do. but we love them just as much for them.  They both seem to work so hard. They do it for their kids.
What good guys.

My Dad was one of the hardest working people I've ever known.  Not only did he farm 120 acres, he worked a full time job in a factory.  He was a quiet man and never said much, but in later life he always bragged about his children (4 of us), to anyone who would listen.  He was diabetic and had heart problems (all his brothers did too), and he dearly loved chocolate covered peanuts.....in his late life I bought them or him just because I knew they were his favorite.   He died one month before his 78th birthday in June 1990.....so he's been gone 20 yrs now and I still miss him.  I know you're up in heaven, Dad, along with my husband and others that you loved.
