go to the health tracker put in your new weight then slide the mouse over to the goals thing right click on it then select save you will see a green thing on the lower right of the Page that says your information is being saved.
that will automatically up date your ticker.
you will need to refresh the page or click on an old post to see the new ticker.

Hi Jennifer,

I could not stand anything sweet for the longest time after surgery, even Propel had to be watered down, so jus****er your drinks down and stick to mellow foods for a while. 

As far as new foods, what are you allowed to eat?  At less than 5 weeks I was just getting into things like yogurt, re fried beans, Wendy's chili..... 

My best advice is take your time, you've got the rest of your life to get back up to normal foods and eating.  It really is a blip of time in the big picture.

Aha - Thank you for the tip - it appears to have worked now! 

Congratulations on all your progress!  I hope to have some good results too - still struggling a bit but I will figure this out if its the last thing I do!

It's not morning... but at least it's still Wednesday!

The battery in my scale went out this morning.  Do you think it's from overuse????  haha

Congratulations Mary on making it halfway.  What an accomplishment!

This morning I had Kristy's Vanilla Protein Tea.  That's the last of my mix so I'll have to get a new batch together.  I really like to have that or my protein hot chocolate.  Sometimes I'm not that hungry in the morning and that gives me some fuel to go on.

Hope everyone has a nice day tomorrow.  It's supposed to be sunny and HOT!    just like Cheryl B.
