OK . . I have been off the board for a few days . . so where did you all go?

I started my day with protein hot chocolate with sf raspberry it was great!

MY RANT .  . why is it when someone dies people get money crazy?    . . .who knew my mentally challenged Uncle was a so good at saving money . . now people who never even acknowledged him when he was living want in the the money . .  who'd figure! . . I have something money can't buy . . I have great memories and that is worth all the money in the world to me!

QOTD:   My RANT is that we are supposed to have rain showers on Sunday - the day of my son's graduation open house!! UGH....Why can't it be sunny on Sunday?  I'd even settle for cloudy....just NO RAIN please!!

I'm having my morning snack of cottage cheese and Triscuits.  Nothing really exciting here today.

QOTD-I'll do both, just to keep the universe in balance.  Rave-We are finally getting all the paperwork in place for Nick and his Social Security and insurance.  I feel like I have actually accomplished something.  Rant-work, as usual.  My pay was cut and my responsibilities upped.  Next thing you know, I'm going to be President of this place making minimum wage with no benefits.

got up got my chicken ready to rotisserie on the BBQ and cut up the ribs.. Dear hubby is on his way in and  after all he has been through with his family I want to make it nice for him when he gets here.

QOTD: How can people be so ignorant. No wander his siblings are so screwed up. No wander it took him so long to be a grown up. I could never have treated my kids they way that his parents treated him and his siblings.

He never wanted anything from that women but for her to be a MOM who cared for them and loved them. And she didn't want her kids if they couldn't do anything for her.

Q:  hmmmmmmm, let's see, I'll be balanced w/ Brenda (BTW congrats on things falling into place w/ Nick, when our government is involved who knows what would happen).  RAVE, my new babies (puppies), I just love them to death, they just put a smile on my face every day.  RANT, one of my boss's, she's so *****y she stresses out the rest of us, prob. is she's a 20% owner so she'll never leave.  We've had 3 people who have quit recently and the majority reason was her!

I'm having my review this afternoon, wish me well, my other boss, who is the 80% owner, who I love, is can be stingy with raises.

Good morning all!

I've been running around this morning trying to do too many things.  Got the Batwing Pride Contest photos posted on the RNY forum and voting has started.  This is fun!  Also working my butt off on this design project at work -- thankfully I just found out today that I've got an extra 5 days to get it done since we changed printers and they can do the print job a lot faster than the first guys. Whew!

QOTD -- Ok, I'll do both too (since I want to be just like Brenda).  RAVE - School's Out for the Summer!  ok... not quite yet, but almost. Class tonight then again Saturday morning, then I'm done for 3.5 months.  WooHoo!   RANT - my sister decided to plan my nephew's graduation open house on the same day that I already committed to working on a project with my boss (which we do every year and it takes about 12 hours on this particular Saturday).  Nice of her to consult with the main players of the family before making big plans, huh?
