Tuesday Morning Coffee
Good Morning Michigan and any stalkers
Congratulations to all the graduates. And Pam that is a very nice picture on your Avatar. You look great.
My DD bought a new kind of coffee it was chocolate fresh ground. It was good but she only bought enough for one pot. So today I added a scoop of unsweetened cocoa powder to my coffee grounds. when it brewed you could smell the chocolate. it taste pretty good with some vanilla protein powder in it and a pack of truvia too.
DH made it to Fl. to see his Mother, She is stable but not expected to survive. She refused to see him. So We have done all that we can do. It is sad that she hold her bitterness for my DH's father toward some of her children, And extends it to her grandchildren who have had nothing to do with any of the drama. What a sad situation.
QOTD: I am now logging my food & exercise on the OH health tracker. I seemed to gotten away from doing it religiously like before. I think that is because I have too many sites to monitor. so Logging my stuff is important. I and too doing a once a week weigh in now instead of daily. I get to discouraged. But the clothing is still getting baggy I can live with that.
Hope all of you in the Tornado zone from last week will recover quickly.
It's well past lunch. I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich, yummy!
Q: Let's see.... I guess weighing myself, although I've regained that 20 they all talk about, (and I'm not blaming anything but my eating and drinking on that) I'm still happy, I would be happier if I could loose it again, so I'm working out more and going on fitday to track myself, btw, if you've done a tracking system like that and haven't done it in awhile I suggest you go back on, what an eye opener that is. YIKES
I too liked the segment on Al. You can catch it on nbctoday.com, I LOVED the fact that someone on national TV actually said it was work. I am so sick of them discounting these surgeries as the easy way out, kudos to Al.
Have a great day all,
Edie
