I am losing again!
Congratulations! It's a relief when you see the scale moving downward again, isn't it?
I just came through a 4-week stall where I didn't lose one single pound. I tried exercising more, eating more protein, taking in more calories, putting pennies under my pillow (just kidding!). But my body decided to lose weight when it wanted to.... and that was this week! So very happy.
Kudos to you for recognizing the steps you needed to take and getting back on track!
