Good morning and TGIF!
Finally made it to the end of the week and our first summer holiday weekend! Woohoo!
What's waking you up? Black, decaf for me after my Weight control oatmeal.... First day of Friday Ladies bike ride this morning. Can't wait to see everyone again!
QOTD-What are you going to do to celebrate the weekend? We are going to the dogs this weekend. Big show this weekend in Kalamazoo and we love to see all the different breeds. Need to defrost the freezer as my raspberries are coming in and it will be a bumper crop this year...
Have a good Friday

Good Morning Deborah and Michiganders'

Having a wonderful day today. Protein coffee and watermellon, weird I know!
looks like a bright n sunny day!

QOTD: Sunday I will be attending a WLS friendly BBQ, being held by one of the girls in my Henry Ford Sparkpeople group.  Going to mak a protein cheese cake and a salad to pass. Monday will probably just fire up the Q at home and do some chicken and corn ( weirdo again I know) asparagus, and make some Hudson's Maurice salad to go with it.  As usual I won't eat much but my big head is hungry and could eat a horse. lol

Have a wonderful weekend.

If you use splenda and light mayo low fat low salt ham and turkey breast here is the break down.
still taste great. and adictive too.
This salad was imfamous at the restaurants in the upper level of Hudson's department stores back in the 70's.

Good Morning!

What a beautiful weekend forecast! . . I had protein hot chocolate in my cup this morning.

I spent the day yesterday with my son and grand-daughter and the dogs at the lake, it was so nice to relax in the sun.

QOTD- I have to work all weekend but day shift and no overtime so I will spend the afternoons working in my flower beds, powering washing my porch and grilling a pile of veggies to eat all weekend, get a couple of evening walks in.  I love the kick off to the summer weekend!

Enjoy the beautiful day!

Finishing my first cup of protein vanilla tea... ran out of yogurt for breakfast, so I don't know where I'm going from here as far as eats...

QOTD:  It's my baby's 13th birthday today!  We are taking her out to dinner and then to see the Prince of Persia movie that starts today.  Tomorrow is my niece's high school graduation in the East Lansing area.  Sunday, a lot of nothing.... Monday, a lot more of nothing but relaxing!

Enjoy the holiday!

Linda

hi Linda
if you would like to edit you two tickers or get rid of one of 'em.

to edit go to the tracker and double click on one of the tickers you wish to change. then on the right of the page you can select the way you want it t appear.

or you could go to settings on the left of the page select messages or signature scroll down the page look in the box select one of the tickers and delete it . then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and save it.

How every if it is posted twice for aesthetics. then it look great and excuse my big nose. LOL

Thanks, Mary - I don't see mine or any one else's tickers on postings, so I wasn't aware that I had a double ticker going!  I will fix that right away!
