Hi everyone,

Geez, I can't believe it's already almost 5pm!  I am trying to get caught up on work since I was out all last week with my daughter's surgery.  She is 3 weeks out from the start of her liquid diet and as of this morning down 21.5 pounds! 

QOTD:  Let's see, I had a carbmaster yogurt and cottage cheese for breakfast.  A banana and some crackers for a snack, a Wendy's chilli for lunch and now I'm drinking coffee.  Dinner will probrably be a big salad.

Jody - I know what you mean, I need to get off thecarbs too!!  I have been bad this past week sitting in the hospital with my daughter.  I would go to t the vending machine and get pretzels, peanut butter chese crackers.  Last night I hadsome potato chips.  I can see where the carbs just kind of creep back into your diet if you let them!  I could eat pretzels all day long!  I just need to stop buying the snack junk food.

Hi Brenda and everybody else.

went to the zoo with a 3 yr old today/. was child watching for my DD's friend. What a good boy. I wish my kids were that well behaved when they were little.

QOTD; before the zoo Protein coffee, that at the zoo some pretzels. after the zoo Bob Even's chicken salad. Don't recommend it , not enough chicken salad and too much fruit.
now doing another protein coffee later will have some cheese.

Good evening!  I am finally sitting down to relax for the day.  It's 9:30PM.  I ran around all day, unplanned, so my eating was not "scheduled" or "planned" or good in any way.  So, here's the damage:  I started off with an Egg McMuffin and coffee from McD's.  That was around 9AM.  Around 2PM, I had a Jr. Whopper, no onion.  Then about 7 tonight, I had a white meat turkey burger, no bun....so a turkey patty and a few bites of zuchini.  Blah...most days I hate thinking about what to eat...what to make for dinner.  Since my mom is living with us, I feel like I have to "make dinner" every night, which is silly.  DH and I, some nights just eat whatever is leftover in the fridge, but I don't like to do that to my mom.  She probably wouldn't even care.  LOL!
