HELLO - ANYONE REMEMBER ME?
Hi,
It's been a while since I've visited here.� Probably because I re-gained�15 lbs. of what I had lost since my RNY in� July of 2005.� Oh, I know why I gained the weight.� You must follow "Pouch Rules" and not think you know everything when you're almost five yearsout!� I know what I need to do, its the doing part that can be difficult.� Just here looking for support and the necessry kick in the butt to help get myself on track.� HELP!

Hi Pam, I'm relatively new here but I'd like to say welcome back! If you have only gained back 15.6 lbs. I'd say you've been doing darned good, but it is also good to catch it while it is managable. There sure is no shame in that.
I can't give you advice about starting again, but I can say one thing; Pat yourself on the back for losing that 126 lbs. and maintaining it for so long.
We are quick to beat ourselves up and slow to forgive ourselves for not being perfect. Good luck, Sue

Welcome back, hope you stick around and get involved, it's nice to have old timers around :).
I've gained some myself and know what I need to do....the problem is doing it! Let's do this together. Should we have some sort of daily check in....did you stay within your cals, how much or did you worked out that day...... Let's kick something around and see if others want to join us.

Hey, Pam, welcome back. Don't worry, no judgment here. I have gained twenty pounds, lost about seven and working on the rest due to some GERD from too tight restriction on my band. We are glad to have you back and will do whatever we can to help you feel better about yourself, including that kick in the butt if needed.
