Good Morning Mary and everyone,
I'm at home with a sick Nick today.  He has a sore froat :(  Must have been all of that partying and Barney cake yesterday.  I will go in to work later when the babysitter comes.  Haven't had anything to eat or drink yet.  Just feeling kind of blah about eating lately.

QOTD & FFF:
1.How do you spell RELIEF?
A day off work with no other commitments.  I am not sure this has ever happened, but I'm guessing it would be relaxing.

2. What's at the Zoo?
Not sure what you're asking?

3. Your favorite Perfume?
I change mine all the time.  Right now it is Prada Infusion D'Iris.

4. Ever had a broken heart? How old were you?
Yep.  I was married for 9 years to my high school sweetheart and found out he was cheating on me with someone he met online. I was 28.  He's still with her and a miserable jerk.  So there is justice in the world.

5. How do you recognize head hunger? What do you do to stop before giving in to it?
This is hard for me, because it seems like I am always physically hungry, with the pouch growling and everything.  I have to think about what time and what I ate last and see if it is reasonable for me to eat again.  Some times I will have a cracker or a spoonful of cottage cheese just to stop thinking about if it is real or head hunger.

Have a good day!

QOTD & FFF:
1.How do you spell RELIEF?  A hot bath!

2. What's at the Zoo? Haven't been in years!

3. Your favorite Perfume? Kim Kardashian

4. Ever had a broken heart? How old were you? Thirteen,  I thought it was love, lol!

5. How do you recognize head hunger? What do you do to stop before giving in to it?  I recognize it as head hunger if it is a craving.  I try to stop with oing something else and if it is something that comes back, I usually give in with a little bit, which I found to be cheese popcorn, ugh!

Have a great Friday!  ( I hope I did this right, I've never copied, Cut, or pasted)

Morning.  The three of us have serious head colds.  I spent the night not being able to breathe, so very little sleep.  Can't take anything but Tylenol because I'm still breastfeeding.  UGH...may skip it today and give in to some OTC drugs.  We'll see.

QOTD & FFF:
1.How do you spell RELIEF?  Depends, but usually just relaxing at home.

2. What's at the Zoo? I'm assuming an assortment of animals.

3. Your favorite Perfume?  Don't ever wear perfume.  I never think anything smells as good on me as it does on other people or from the bottle, so I just don't wear it!

4. Ever had a broken heart? How old were you?  Not really.  I married my high school sweetheart.  He was the first guy I seriously dated.  I did have a boyfriend when I met him, but it wasn't any big deal.  We were more just friends hanging out, so not hanging with him in order to date my DH was no big loss.  LOL!

5. How do you recognize head hunger? What do you do to stop before giving in to it?  I usually make sure I've had a meal or protein before I give in to head hunger (i.e. craving).  Depends on what it is, too.

2. What's at the Zoo? long walks and lions and tigers and bears OH MY!
3. Your favorite Perfume? White Diamonds
4. Ever had a broken heart? How old were you? I was 14 and had a big crush on bff's older brother, He called and asked me to go on a date. I was so excited, Then He said his friend wanted him to ask for him. I was so miserable on that double date watching my hot guy with his girlfriend and I was stuck with the dorky date.
5. How do you recognize head hunger? It happens when I know I have eaten but want some junky stuff.
What do you do to stop before giving in to it? Wait 10 minutes if that don't work I go for a walk or do some house work.

Been up since 6 and haven't eaten yet.  Not feeling hungry.

QOTD & FFF:

1.How do you spell RELIEF?

Crochet.   It is a stress reliever for me.

2. What's at the Zoo?

2 boys ages 16 and almost 13, and 2 girls ages 7 1/2 and 6.  They keep me busy.

3. Your favorite Perfume?

Allergic so I don't use any.  I break out in a rash.

4. Ever had a broken heart?    Yes

How old were you?  Currently     My husband of 17 years decided to find someone else about 5 years ago and I found out last year.   I filed for divorce and it was final in February.   Our morals were not the same and I thought I could change that in him.  I found out the hard way that you can't.  He is living with his current 300 pound floozy.    At least I am skinny to start my life over.

5. How do you recognize head hunger? When I crave something that is not good for me. What do you do to stop before giving in to it? I try to get a snack that is healthy for me and I try not to keep crap in the house.

QOTD & FFF:
1.How do you spell RELIEF?

I love reading, hanging out with my family, playing Wii with my daughters, taking my dog for a walk.

2. What's at the Zoo?
Hmmm...... animals?

3. Your favorite Perfume?
I wear Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker.

4. Ever had a broken heart?    Yes
How old were you?  18.  My high school boyfriend of 3 years went away to college and decided it was a good time to "see other people."  He did, I didn't.  I thought for sure it woud be a phase and we could get back together.  After 3 years of that, I finally gave up, started dating and got engaged. Then my ex came back and told me that he always assumed WE would get married!  I ended up divorcing my first husband and now am married to the best guy in the world - I love him dearly.

5. How do you recognize head hunger? What do you do to stop before giving in to it?

I still don't have hunger at all, nor any cravings.  It's been kind of a blessing to start this journey right after WLS without the burden of being hungry or wanting any particular food.  I know it won't last - but I am taking advantage of it while it does!
