Morning Mary and the rest who follow,

I was looking at some pictures of me on vacation in July 08.  What a difference.  I knew I was big but I guess I never seen my self as that big.  I always felt how I look now.  Odd I know.  It is amazing what we can accomplish with the right tools.  Thank you Dr. G.

QOTD:  Favorite pet would be a cat because they do not require a lot of work and they give lots of love.  Favorite animal because they intrigue me are sea creatures.  Animal life is very interesting to me.  How they have their social status, mating rituals.

Good morning Michigan!! 4 days out of VSG (will post separately).

Making a list of items to purchase, to get more protein, only got 38 grams yesterday.  I'm sure this will get better as I go along.

QOTD:  I love dogs, and I relate to them.  we currently have 2 cats and a dog, I like the cats, cause I'm an animal person, and would never put one out, but I really like the dog!  All were left when our daughter, married and moved to Anchorage, AK.  They are 4 and 5 years old, so I'm guessing they'll be around for awhile.   Secretly I am looking forward to not having any animals to care for in retirement!!.

Have a good day all, stay dry and warm

Good morning everyone!

Calling for SNOW today - 2-4" - I hope they're wrong... that's just wrong in May....

QOTD:  My choice for a pet is a cat, because they do give lots of love (but so do dogs), but don't require the amount of daily care a dog does.  I love dogs, but cats fit my lifestyle for now.

My very Favorite is the eagle. i have always like the song She's an eagle when she flys..
the words are she is a sparrow when she is broken but she is and eagle when she flys.
And that sound a lot like me and things I have been through in my life. So I like the eagle.
